Rules

All works must have been Ultimate after January 1, 2018. They may have been presented at other festivals and screened in public but never streamed on the Internet. All films that will be selected and screened online are protected from illegal downloads. The download will not be enabled and you will only be able to watch movies in secure streaming. The directors and productions of the selected films agree to insert the festival logo (selected or winner of an award) in the opening credits of the film.

All films in English must be subtitled in Italian. All non-English films must be subtitled in Italian and English with separate file SRT. Admission does not guarantee acceptance to the festival. We also accept presentations that have been previewed elsewhere and that may already have distribution agreements. Non-definitive films are not allowed.

The screenings are scheduled during the Indiecinema Film Festival with a calendar at the discretion of the festival organization. No films can be withdrawn from the festival program after its selection. The timing of any film screenings will be the sole decision of the organizers.

Although all precautions will be taken to prevent the loss or damage of materials during the festival, Indiecinema Film Festival is not responsible for any damage during the festival.

The festival does not offer projection fees for its films. By submitting via FilmFreeway you agree NOT to request a screening fee as a requirement for participation in the festival, if the film is selected for the program.

ONLY WINNERS WILL BE SCREENED.
Selections will be promoted online.
